........ SPOOFING , SHOULD IT BE INCLUDED IN CYBERLAW ? ...............

Well before passing my remarks , or , determining any answer to this question we need to review few definitions of SPOOFING .

1)Impersonating another person or computer, usually by providing a false email name, URL or IP address.*

2) "Spoofing" is an attempt to gain access to a system by posing as an authorized user. Synonymous with impersonating, masquerading or mimicking.*

3)The practice of impersonating another entity in order to subvert security. Examples include IP address spoofing (or IP spoofing) and DNS spoofing.*

4)Quite simply, lying. This often refers to the changing of the TCP/IP address in a packet in order to hide the originating computer, or the modification of the return address in an email in order to mask the sender.*

and many many more ....
.... but if we view top 2 definitions of spoofing , it seems that its some thing harmfull to computer users , on the other hand last 2 definitions depicts , as if spoofing is a struggle to hide your identity and retain annonymity online .

.... when it comes to CYBER LAWS , each and every thing than depends upon the definition of SPOOFING .

now if we are defining Spoofing (in cyber law) as

AN ATTEMPT TO GAIN ACCESS TO ANY ONE'S PERSONAL DATA OR SOME CLASSIFIED INFORMATION AND HENCE HARMING ANY PERSON OR ANY INSTITUTION BY IMPERSONATING ANOTHER PERSON OR COMPUTER.
OR
IF WE DEFINE SPOOFING AS IN SOME ACT WHICH CAN HARM ANY ONE BY IMPERSONATING AS SOMEONE ELSE. THAN AND ONLY THAN I BELIEVE THAT SPOOFING SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN CYBER CRIME LAWS.
reason for my conclusion is that in this kind of spoofing one actually is a threat to other entity( by any mean of spoofing )

if we are defining spoofing as
JUST IMPERSONATING ANOTHER PERSON OR COMPUTER , BY ANY AND FOR ANY MEAN ...(AS DEFINED IN OUR CYBERCRIME LAW) THAN, I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT SUCH SPOOFING SHOULD NOT BE THE PART OF CYBER CRIME LAW AND ,I BELIEVE THIS WAY NOT BECAUSE OF THE REASON THAT I BELIEVE THERE WONT BE ANY THREATFULL ENTITIES OUT THERE , BUT BECAUSE OF THE REASON THAT THROUGH THIS WAY THERE IS A CHANCE THAT WE WILL BE PUNISHING MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE , AND MORE OVER WILL BE PUTTING INDIVIDUAL'S PRIVACY AT STAKE ....
